Our commitment to accuracy
We want the details on LEDFacialMask.org to be right. When we find a mistake, or a reader reports one, we correct it.
What we treat as an error
- A specification that differs from the manufacturer’s published figure
- A price or model that is out of date
- A link that is broken or goes somewhere unexpected
- Wording that is unclear or easy to misread
How to report one
Email editorial@ledfacialmask.org with the page URL and a description of what is wrong. A link to the manufacturer’s page showing the correct information helps.
What we do with a report
The LEDFacialMask.org Editorial Team checks the claim against manufacturer information and fixes the page if it is wrong. If the change is significant, we add a note on the page so readers know it was updated.
Prices and stock
Prices and availability change often. The store’s page is the final source, and we update our pages when we notice or are told that they are out of date.
What we won’t do
We don’t quietly delete pages to hide an error, and we don’t dismiss a report because the correction is small. Differences of opinion are a different matter, and they may or may not lead to a change. See the Editorial Policy and Contact Us for more.
Manufacturer claims
If a manufacturer changes its wording or removes a claim, we update how we describe the device. Reports are also welcome when you think a page leans too far toward promotional language.
