Warranty & Returns Help

Who handles orders, returns and refunds?

The store where you bought the device. LEDFacialMask.org doesn’t sell or ship anything, so we have no access to orders and can’t alter one. A purchase made through a link on our site is still a transaction between you and the store.

In most store accounts, your order history sits under a section labeled something like “Orders.” Each order normally shows whether a return is available and the date by which you need to start it.

How do manufacturer warranties usually work?

For at-home skin devices such as LED masks, red light devices and microcurrent tools, a warranty generally comes from the manufacturer, not the store. A few habits help when you need to use one.

  • Register the device if the maker offers it
  • Keep your receipt or order confirmation
  • Note the model and serial number, often printed on the device, the charger or the box
  • Give those details to the manufacturer’s support team when you contact them

Warranties commonly exclude misuse, accidental damage and normal wear. The terms that came with your device will say what is covered.

What to check before returning or claiming

  • Read the manual and confirm you are following its setup steps
  • Try any reset or re-pairing steps it describes
  • Check the charging cable, adapter and connectors, which are common sources of trouble
  • Charge the battery fully, then try again
  • Note the problem with photos or a short description

Do not open a device or try to repair it yourself. Contact the manufacturer instead.

How long do I have to return or claim?

It varies. Each retailer sets its own return window and each manufacturer sets its own warranty period. Check the store’s and the manufacturer’s own pages for the device you bought.

Who should I contact first?

For a late, damaged or wrong item, start with the store. For a device that stopped working after some use, start with the manufacturer. If you are unsure, the store’s support team can usually point you in the right direction.

What if one of our guides was wrong?

Let the LEDFacialMask.org Editorial Team know at editorial@ledfacialmask.org, with the page address and what looked wrong or out of date. See the Corrections Policy for what happens next. LEDFacialMask.org cannot offer any warranty, guarantee or protection plan on devices bought elsewhere.
